Students Testimonials

Learning music at Kenyatta University has been and still is the greatest opportunity that has happened in my life. Music is my 2nd language and my first Lifestyle. Music has always been there for me not only in the good times but also the bad times, be it Jazz, Classical or Contemporary style. Most of all, through music, I have acquired skills such as Patience, Persistence, Grace, Etiquette, Discipline and Hard work.

I am a 4th year student at Kenyatta university school of visual and performing arts persuing a bachelor of music degree. I have grown in all dimensions of life andthis can be attributed to the opportunities the school has provided including and not limited to recitals and master classes. This provides opportunities for students to interact with established musicians.
